Behaviour for Learning
Positive behaviour is developed through strong, caring relationships between teachers, children and parents. Our aim is for children to develop self-discipline through example, discussion and learning to live with others. We have created our behaviour policy and framework in line with Paul Dix (Pivotal Education) and the book ‘When the adults change, everything changes’.
Please find our updated policy below which details our approach to behaviour at Wooburn Green Primary School. You will also find our behaviour management posters below too - we use these to promote our 3 golden rules:
1. Be Ready
2. Be Safe
3. Be Respectful
